    If you lost a tip(s), contact customer service and they can send you a new tip(s) at no additional cost.

  2. My retractable cable will not retract. How do I get it to work?
    Simply pull the cords from both ends at the same time. You have to pull from both ends with both cords being equal in length on each side. If you pull from one side and not the other, it can tangle the cords, initially making the “retractable” part of it not work.

  4. My iPod Audio/Video cable is not working. I can only hear audio and can’t see any Video.
    First, if you have an iPod Touch, iPhone, or iPod Nano 4th or 5th Generation, this cable is not compatible with your iPod.
    If you do not have one of the above Apple products, check your Video Settings on your iPod. First go to VIDEOS, then VIDEO SETTINGS, then TV OUT, then select ON. Now try it again.
    If this does not work, please contact Customer Service.

  5. I just purchased your 70W Universal notebook charger. The tip fits but nothing is happening.
    First, check and make sure that our notebook charger and your laptop are compatible. Is your laptop 19V and 70W. If not, this could be the issue. Contact Customer Service and they can assist you from there.

    The only step should be simply plugging it in. If your charger is not charging your iPod or iPhone device, please contact Customer Service.

    No, none of our products require drivers. You should be able to plug the product in and begin use right away. If your product is not being recognized on your computer, then you can contact Customer Service and they can assist you.

  9. I own a Dell laptop and just purchased one of your Universal Notebook Chargers. The computer recognizes the charger and it stays alive while plugged in, but the charger is NOT charging my laptop.
    First, double check which adapter TIP you are using. The adapter tip that is made specifically for DELL is the largest of the 2 black tips. If that does not work contact Customer Service and they can assist you.

    Yes, whether the product states it is an iPod charger or an iPhone charger, they both charge all iPod and iPhone devices except for the iPod Shuffle.
