Return Policy
Shipping costs will not be paid by Emerge Technologies when returning an item due to general dissatisfaction or purchaser regret. If you wish to return for one of these reasons and received your package via UPS or FedEx, please follow these steps:
1. Under order history on our web site, click on the order details and submit a request for return. If approved you will be issued a return authorization (RA) number.
2. Complete the return form located on the bottom of the original packing slip included in your order.
3. Detach the form and place it into the box you are returning.
4. Pack the item.
5. Ship the package and write the RA number on the outside of the box, without this, your package may be refused by our shipping department.
Most merchandise must be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original manufacturers packaging.
All damage and shortage claims should be made within 3 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order. Call Emerge Technologies Customer Service at (972) 456-4200 to report damages and obtain a return authorization number.
A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
